By visiting our site and/or purchasing items from us, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 2.Logistics, Processing & Direct Shipping
We facilitate standard international distribution of our physical items to individual consumers residing within the European region. All customer orders are processed, packed, and directly dispatched from our registered facility at 389 Waba Road, Pakenham, Ontario, K0A 2X0, Canada. Order preparation, quality validation, and handling require between 1 and 3 business days from the date of order confirmation.
3.Transit, Delivery & Milestone Tracking
We cooperate with reputable global delivery networks, specifically utilizing Priority services from DHL, FedEx, and UPS. Transit duration to European destinations is estimated to be between 5 and 9 business days under standard conditions. To ensure transparency, automated operational notifications are transmitted to the electronic mail address provided at checkout during key operational milestones, including initial dispatch, arrival at intermediate sorting facilities, and final local courier deployment. In the event that a shipment exceeds the standard delivery window, we will initiate a formal trace investigation with the respective carrier. Depending on the outcome and specific circumstances of the investigation, we will arrange a full transaction reversal or a replacement dispatch.
4.Transfer of Risk & Consumer Ownership
In accordance with the European Union Consumer Rights Directive and regional consumer protections, the risk of loss, damage, or deterioration of the goods remains fully with us until the goods have physically entered the possession of the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer. The risk does not transfer upon delivery of the goods to the transport carrier.
5.Statutory Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
Consumers residing within the European Union and the wider European region possess a statutory right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. To exercise this right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by a clear statement sent via electronic mail to wardrobe@pakenhamstorage.com prior to the expiration of the 14-day period. Upon receipt of your valid withdrawal notice, we will reimburse all payments received from you for the corresponding items using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
6.Defective, Damaged Merchandise & Resolutions
We implement rigorous standards to maintain product integrity. If you receive an item that exhibits manufacturing defects or transit damage, please notify our customer support team immediately via electronic mail at wardrobe@pakenhamstorage.com. To facilitate a resolution, you are requested to provide clear photographic evidence demonstrating the reported defect or damage. Upon validation of the evidence by our support department, we will immediately process either a full transaction refund or dispatch a replacement item at no additional charge. Consumers are not required to return the damaged units to our Canadian fulfillment center.
7.Product Specifications, Pricing & Transactions
We make every effort to display the characteristics, dimensions, and descriptions of our wardrobe organization products as accurately as possible. The representations provided are based on direct verification of our proprietary physical stock. Prices for our items are subject to change without prior notice, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue services for legitimate professional reasons at any time. All orders are processed securely through standard industry protocols to verify cardholder authorization and validity.
8.Governing Law, Jurisdictions & Amendments
These terms of service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without prejudice to mandatory statutory consumer provisions applicable under the laws of the European country in which the consumer resides. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these terms by posting updates to our website, and it is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
